Julie Jeppsen

Raised under the big skies of Wyoming and Utah, Julie Jeppsen was educated by the world around her. She grew up with wildlife, mountain ranges, roundups, trail rides, rodeos, and wagon trains. Jeppsen still loves the adventure of the West. This passion brings her senses to the highest levels and is carried into her paintings. She currently competes in cowboy mounted shooting where the dress is period and the guns are .45 single action. Keeping a fresh sense of the West inspires her to paint more accurately and, like riding and shooting, keeps the competitive edge. Julie was recently featured in an article by Sporting Classics for their Spring/Summer 2020 edition.
