*Please pick up your packet at the Chamber before arriving at the event to ensure you get a catalog and so you can enjoy seamless event entry.

Event Timeline
5:30pm - Doors open- Enjoy a cocktail from the hosted bar and find your table.
6:00pm - Buffet lines open.
6:30pm - The auction begins.

Event Timeline
9:00am - Doors open- Enjoy a Mimosa or Bloody Mary from the hosted bar and enjoy a catered brunch buffet.
9:30am - Artists begin creating. Mill about the Robby Powwow grounds and inside the party tent and watch as BBAS artists complete a work of art in just 90 minutes.
11:00am - The bell rings to indicate to the artists that time is up.
11:30am - The live auction for the Quick Draw pieces begins.
Lunch & Lecture:
Thursday, September 18th
Event Location:
The Lunch & Lecture is held at the Buffalo Bill Center of the West (720 Sheridan Avenue). A catered lunch buffet is served on the map in the Draper Museum and the lecture component is held in the Coe Auditorium.
Event Timeline
12:30pm - The buffet lunch is served. Guests can move through the buffet line and then take their preferred seat.
12:50pm - Guests are asked to make their way to the Coe Auditorium.
1:00pm - The lecture component of the event begins.
Event Entry
Event registrants will be on a list and asked to check in with volunteer staff before entering. Physical tickets are not provided for this event.
FAQ’s
How do I bid?
Every registered guest is provided with a bid number associated with their name. This number is on a provided paddle and the guest name badge lanyard.
*If you are registered to attend both the Live Auction and the Quick Draw, this is your bid number for both events so please be sure to bring it with you the next morning as well.
*You are responsible for all purchases made with your bid number so please be sure to keep track of your paddle and lanyard.
What forms of Payment are accepted?
We accept all forms of credit cards, checks and cash.
Is there a buyers premium?
There is a buyers premium of 15% on all purchases made in the tent, one of the lowest rates in the industry.
How do I take possession of my artwork?
· At the tent the night of- Volunteer staff will be available to assist patrons in taking their art to their vehicle the night of the event.
· Next day pick-up (Saturday, Sept. 20th) at the Buffalo Bill Center of the West in the John Bunker Sands Gallery
o Bring your proof of purchase the the John Bunkers Sands gallery and volunteer staff will assist you to your vehicle with your purchases.
· Pick-Up at a later date- Pick-Up is available at the south loading dock of the Buffalo Bill Center of the West from 9am-4pm, Monday- Friday.
