Joe Arnold
Joe Arnold returned to Laramie in 1980 after graduating from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In 2016, a documentary film was made of Joe doing his artwork on the high peaks of the Tetons, entitled Plein Air in Thin Air, which won Best Wyoming Short at the 307 Film Festival in 2018. In 2018, Joe also won his second Wyoming Arts Council Fellowship Award. From June 31st, 2019 to August 31st, 2019, he was exhibited at the University of Wyoming Art Museum. Three of Joe’s paintings were recently included in "Flat Creek Ranch" by Joe Albright and Marcia Kunstel, and paintings and drawings were included in "Paintings of Grand Teton National Park" by Donna L. Poulton.
