	6pm	BUFFALO BILL ART SHOW & SALE OPENING RECEPTION - Join us for a reception to unveil the 29th annual Buffalo Bill Art Show, featuring more than 100 of the nation’s leading western painters and sculptors. The show remains open through September 24. Free to the public. Again this year is the Scout’s Miniature Show & Sale; a live auction of both sculpture and paintings at the 2010 opening reception by our well-known western artists who participate in the September live auction.

	8am - 5pm	BUFFALO BILL ART SHOW & SALE EXHIBITION - John Bunker Sands Photography Gallery.
	9am - 3pm	CODY HIGH STYLE WORKSHOP – BUILDING RUSTIC FURNITURE - Learn woodworking techniques from present day Masters! John Gallis of Norseman Designs West gives a two-day workshop of hands-on instruction on how to build rustic furniture; all materials (including your final handmade chair) and lunch included. 	2pm	CODY HIGH STYLE SEMINAR – WHY WOULD A MAGAZINE WANT TO DO A STORY ON ME? - COWGIRL Magazine Editor-In-Chief Callan Loessberg presents specific recommendations about how to maximize your chance of editorial coverage. From an editor’s point of view: what makes a story or product attractive, what you must do to be featured, and the five common mistakes artists and merchants make that compromise their chances to get in print. Free to the public.
	5:30pm	CODY HIGH STYLE FASHION SHOW #1 - Hub. A runway fashion show presenting couture collections from both up-and-coming and established fashion designers. Show repeats at 7:30pm. Reservations required.
	7pm - Midnight	A CELEBRATION OF ARTS KICK-OFF PARTY - Party Tent. Free event open to the public featuring music and dancing to South Gate. Cash bar and savory concessions provided by the Mustang Grill will be available. Free to the public.

	10am	CODY HIGH STYLE ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION - INFLUENCES OF MASTERED STYLE - Craftsmen and scholars will discuss interpretations of signature historic styles from Molesworth to Roycroft. Free to the public.
	10am - 4pm	CODY HIGH STYLE TOUR - HISTORIC LOG CABINS - Learn about different traditional log construction styles by visiting various log cabins. Starting with the history of artist Joseph Henry Sharp’s cabin in the Buffalo Bill Historical Center to a trip to several historic homestead cabins in Meeteetse, Wyoming. Lunch provided. 	1pm	CODY HIGH STYLE SEMINAR - INSPIRATIONS OF THE AMERICAN WEST - Montana Dreamwear fashion designer Celeste Sotola presents her current contemporary wearable art collection inspired by the history of nineteenth century American West. This collection re-interprets a bygone era and reinvents its relevance in the twenty-first century through a contemporary couture approach blending historical multi-cultural techniques and materials with textures and materials of today. Major influences are based on the collections of the Buffalo Bill Historical Center. Free to the public.
	1pm - 3pm	BUFFALO BILL ART SHOW & SALE ARTIST DEMONSTRATIONS - Participating artists in one of the following locations: Big Horn Galleries, Buffalo Bill Historical Center, Cody Country Art League, Simpson Gallagher Gallery, or other Cody art-related venues. Free to the public.
	4pm	CODY HIGH STYLE KEYNOTE SPEAKER - MIRA NAKASHIMA-YARNALL - “The woodworker’s responsibility is to the tree itself, which has been sacrificed to live again in the woodworker’s hands...” Designer Mira Nakashima-Yarnall, daughter and apprentice of innovative furniture designer George Nakashima, speaks on her father’s legacy, and how she embraces his philosophy today. She also discusses the impact that the Internment Camps, like Heart Mountain, have had on her individual life and work.
	4pm - ?	BOOT SCOOT 'N BOOGIE - Downtown Cody. Enjoy our western heritage during a street festival in downtown Cody that showcases the thriving local art community and unique boutiques and businesses. Join us for an evening of live music, artists demonstrating their talents, great food, and a Cody-style runway fashion show. Experience all that Cody’s merchants have to offer in a fun, festive atmosphere.

	9am - 1pm	BUFFALO BILL ART SHOW & SALE ARTIST STUDIO TOUR - Trolley departs from the Party Tent at the Buffalo Bill Historical Center. Take a trolley tour of the studios of participating Buffalo Bill Art Show & Sale artists Steve Schrepferman, Linda S. Raynolds, M.C. Poulsen, Vic Payne, J. Burnham Rudolph, and Caleco Foundry. Reservations required.
	11am	CODY HIGH STYLE ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION - NATURAL COLABORATION: DEFINED BY OUR MATERIALS - A discussion of how natural materials inspire design, dictate construction, and define us as craftspeople. This panel topic brings together some of today’s finest western craftspeople in a roundtable discussion. Free to the public.

	2pm - 3pm	BUFFALO BILL ART SHOW & SALE HONORED ARTIST LECTURE - Coe Auditorium. 2010 Honored Artist Donna Howell-Sickles discusses her life's influences and work. Free to the public.
	3pm - 4pm	POSTER SIGNING - Buffalo Bill Art Show & Sale 2010 Honored Artist, Donna Howell-Sickles, signs copies of the Buffalo Bill Art Show & Sale Collectible Poster.
	4pm - 5pm	BUFFALO BILL ART SHOW & SALE FINAL PREVIEW - Buffalo Bill Historical Center. View the exhibition a final time and visit with artists in the John Bunker Sands Photography Gallery.
	6:30pm	28th ANNUAL BUFFALO BILL ART SHOW & SALE AUCTION - Party Tent. Join in the fun with spirited bidding of fine western art orchestrated by the rapid-fire delivery of auctioneers Troy Black and Associates. The buffet begins at 5 p.m. and continues throughout the evening. Reservations required.

	SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 25
	8am - 5pm	CODY HIGH STYLE EXHIBITION - Special Exhibitions Gallery. Featuring more than forty of the nation's leading western furniture, metal, and fashion designers.
	9am	BUFFALO BILL ART SHOW & SALE QUICK DRAW - Party Tent. Champagne brunch and silent auction. Stroll through the Robbie Powwow Garden to observe more than thirty painters, potters, and sculptors at work, completing a piece in one hour. Quick Draw pieces are then sold at live auction. Reservations required.
	1pm	CODY HIGH STYLE ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION - RECYCLED, RECLAIMED, & RE-BORN - and “People’s Choice” winner announcement. Repurposing material is one more perspective on a natural collaboration. Examples of the creative re-use of materials will be examined and discussed in an informal atmosphere to promote the sharing of ideas. Free to the public.
	6pm	34th ANNUAL BUFFALO BILL HISTORICAL CENTER'S PATRONS BALL - Celebrating the Plains Indian Museum. A black-tie gala of fine dining and dancing in the galleries of the Buffalo Bill Historical Center. Reservations required.
